How fast do I get my laundry back?
Wash & fold is washed within 24 hours and delivered the next day. Dry cleaning takes 2-3 business days to clean and comes back in 3-5 business days. If your order has laundry and dry cleaning together, everything comes back in 3-5 business days.
Can I get it back the same day?
Yes. Same day service is $20 extra, and we need to pick up your order before 10 AM.
I have sensitive skin. Can you use a different detergent?
Yes. Add our eco-friendly, natural, hypoallergenic detergent for $3. If you're allergic to any fragrance or detergent, tell us when you book.
How is my order priced?
Wash & fold is priced by clean weight, after sorting: $1.75/lb with pickup and delivery ($35 minimum), or $1.20/lb if you drop it off at the store.

What if something is missing or damaged?
Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Delicate items are cleaned at the customer's risk.
